The "Tiny Home" is a movement featuring small footprints that are designed with function in mind - often featuring "aging in place" accessibility design features.  All are made of high quality materials with traditional "upper end" design elements like tall ceilings, trim, high quality cabinetry and flooring, and energy efficient systems.  Design styles range from traditional to modern - any style you desire.

But...  No square foot goes unused.  Most spaces are "flexible" or are designed for multiple uses.

I have studied the Not So Big House philosophies by Sarah Susanka and incorporate many of her ideas - and we have discovered new  ideas and innovated design elements of our own.

Our latest "Tiny Home" was featured on WFMY News 2, featuring Tom Garcia, and the builder, Jim Martin with Martin Construction Services.  The videos are below.  Enjoy.
