We have extensive experience managing Commercial and Residential Design-Build and CM @ Risk project delivery for Owner, Developers, and General Contractors.

Johnson’s role as DDC for PHI is to manage and implement all repositioning, master planning, and project management for each of PHI’s three communities in North Carolina as well as two additional communities PHI manages on behalf of Friends Homes Inc, Greensboro. 

 

His management includes land development; zoning;  master planning; architectural and operations programming, consultant coordination, contract administration, conceptual budgets, budget analysis, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction phase design and administration; resident/depositor/ROF/marketing coordination and communication, project closeout; and coordination with PHI’s internal Construction Management, Operations, Financing, Maintenance, and Marketing/Sales and Development teams.
