Steven has over a decade-and-a-half of residential and commercial design/build experience in the Triad.  His work has won awards with Preservation Greensboro and has been featured in the Greensboro Builder's Association's Tour of Remodeled Homes,  Parade of Homes, Preservation Greensboro's Tour of Historic Homes, the News and Record, Yes Weekly, and the Rhino Times.

Although Steve is also a general contractor, most of his portfolio has been built by 3rd party contractors while he was a Project Manager and Principal Architect for those firms.

Steve's specialty is Design-Build, working with qualified local contractors EARLY in the design process.  Specializing in Commercial upfits/renovations, historic preservation and adaptive reuse; Custom Homes, Passive-Solar Design, Additions/Renovations, Kitchen/Bath, Outdoor Living Spaces, and Historic Preservation.
